Welcome to LeadVexo. These terms govern all offerings provided through leadvexo.pro, including leadership development programs, digital courses, and related goods.

1. Services

LeadVexo provides leadership development programs for managers, delivered in-person and online. Each program is described on our website. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellations or changes must be requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the program start date. To adjust your schedule, please contact us. We will confirm any adjustment within two business days.

If you cancel earlier than 14 days before the start date, you may receive a refund processed minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations less than 14 days before the start date are not eligible due to logistical arrangements and resource planning. This policy ensures consistent quality and fairness for all participants.

2. Digital Products

LeadVexo offers digital courses and informational guides. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment.

Digital products may be canceled within 30 days of purchase provided no access has been recorded. To request a refund, please contact us with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. Once course materials have been accessed or downloaded, eligibility is voided, as content delivery completes at the moment of access.

3. Goods

Physical goods, such as printed manuals and branded items, are dispatched to the address provided at checkout.

Items may be sent back within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition. To initiate a refund, please contact us. After we receive and inspect the items, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are defective or incorrect, in which case LeadVexo will cover those costs.

4. Refund Policy

Refund terms vary by offering:

• Programs and Workshops: Schedule adjustments are available up to 14 days before the start date. Full cancellations earlier than 14 days incur a 10% administrative fee deducted from the refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the start date.
• Digital Courses and Guides: Refunds can be requested within 30 days if no access is recorded. Accessing materials voids eligibility.
• Physical Goods: Ship items back within 30 days in original condition. Shipping costs apply unless the item is defective.

To request any refund or schedule adjustment, please contact us. All valid requests are processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
